Application Timeline
When making the decision to join our expeditions, it is helpful to know the timeline on which other families and the Foundation are working. Please feel free to contact the Director with questions regarding the specifics, such as whether or not a particular group is fully enrolled.
- December 1
- Deadline for early registration, which includes a 5% discount.
- January 1
- Deadline for application for financial aid.
- February
- Financial aid applicants are notified of decisions. The rosters of most groups start to fill. Waiting lists are started for some groups.
- March
- Members of the expeditions receive their Plans and Preparations packet, containing forms, packing lists, and useful information for the summer. Families on waiting lists are notified of decisions.
- May 15
- All forms are due to the Albuquerque office. Tuitions must be paid in full.
- Late March-June
- Most groups are full, contact the directors regarding any remaining roster openings.
